Perfect Pour Over
Using filtered water at a temperature just before boiling, saturate 5 to 6 tbs ground coffee using a swirling motion. Let the grounds bloom & gently stir. Makes one cup. This simple yet sophisticated method can be used camping, in a hotel room, or in the connoisseurs kitchen.
