Roasted & Shipped

All of our coffee is craft roasted in Chester, California by Roast Master Shane Bergmann. Your coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped after you order it within about 3 days. Orders received on a weekday will typically either be roasted the same day or the next available business day, and then packaged and shipped out the subsequent business day. Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will typically be roasted the next available business day, and then packaged and shipped the subsequent business day.

Coffee

Because coffee is a perishable product, it cannot be returned. If there is an error in your order, if it was damaged in delivery, or if you are simply unhappy with it, then please reach out to us via the contact page, within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to do everything we can to make it right.

Merchandise

We have a 30-day return policy. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt showing proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact us via the contact page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
